My journey with homes began over 20 years ago. Born and raised in coastal Georgia, I brought my passion for craftsmanship to the Southern Appalachians in 2004, where I’ve called home ever since.

I started my career focusing on artistic finishes, developing a keen eye for the textures and details that make a space feel special. In 2012, I transitioned into the construction side of the industry, combining that artistic foundation with structural expertise. Today, WoodSmith LLC is the culmination of those two worlds: high-end technical building met with a designer’s touch.

When I’m not in the shop or on site, you’ll find me making the most of life in the mountains, spending quality time with my family, playing music, or heading out to the water. I treat every project with the same care I put into my own home, ensuring that every joint, finish, and cabinet is built to last for generations.
